<p><b>Primoco UAV SE</b> ist ein <a href="Tschechien" title="Tschechien">tschechischer</a> Hersteller <a href="Unbemanntes_Luftfahrzeug" title="Unbemanntes Luftfahrzeug">unbemannter Luftfahrzeuge</a> (Drohnen) für zivile und militärische Anwendungen. Das 2015 von Ladislav Semetkovský gegründete Unternehmen entwickelt und produziert mittelgroße, autonome Flugdrohnen und ist seit 2018 an der <a href="Prager_B%C3%B6rse" title="Prager Börse">Prager Börse</a> notiert. Primoco-Drohnen werden weltweit in über einem Dutzend Ländern für Aufklärungs-, Überwachungs- und Spezialmissionen eingesetzt.

<div class="mw-heading mw-heading2"><h2 id="Geschichte">Geschichte</h2></div>

<p>Ladislav Semetkovský verkaufte 2015 sein vorheriges Online-Reisegeschäft in <a href="Russland" title="Russland">Russland</a>, um Primoco UAV zu gründen und große unbemannte Fluggeräte zu bauen.<sup id="cite_ref-2" class="reference"><a href="#cite_note-2"><span class="cite-bracket">[</span>2<span class="cite-bracket">]</span></a></sup> Am 31. Juli 2015 absolvierte ein erster Prototyp des Modells <i>Primoco UAV One 100</i> in <a href="T%C4%9Bcha%C5%99ovice" title="Těchařovice">Těchařovice</a> (<a href="S%C3%BCdb%C3%B6hmen" class="mw-redirect" title="Südböhmen">Südböhmen</a>) seinen Erstflug. Anfang 2016 begann die Serienproduktion der <i>One 100</i>; bereits im Mai 2017 erhielt dieser 100-kg-Flugroboter die zivile Zulassung der tschechischen Luftfahrtbehörde.<sup id="cite_ref-3" class="reference"><a href="#cite_note-3"><span class="cite-bracket">[</span>3<span class="cite-bracket">]</span></a></sup> Im Oktober 2018 brachte Semetkovský Primoco UAV an die Prager Börse, um weiteres Kapital für Wachstum und Entwicklung einzuwerben, Semetkovský blieb Mehrheitsaktionär. Anfang 2019 erwarb Primoco UAV zudem den Flugplatz <a href="P%C3%ADsek" title="Písek">Písek</a>–Krašovice als eigenes Test- und Schulungszentrum.

</p><p>2020 präsentierte Primoco UAV die modernisierte Version <i>One 150</i>, die über einen leistungsstärkeren Motor und verbesserte Flugeigenschaften verfügt. Dieses Modell bildet seither das Kernprodukt des Unternehmens. Im Februar 2022 erhielt Primoco UAV als erster Betreiber die Leicht-UAS-Betriebsgenehmigung LUC (Light Unmanned Certificate) der <a href="Europ%C3%A4ische_Agentur_f%C3%BCr_Flugsicherheit" title="Europäische Agentur für Flugsicherheit">EASA</a> für ein unbemanntes Fluggerät der 150-kg-Klasse. Im März 2025 folgte als internationaler Meilenstein die militärische Typenzertifizierung nach <a href="NATO" title="NATO">NATO</a>-Standard <a href="STANAG" title="STANAG">STANAG</a> 4703 für die <i>One 150</i>, ebenfalls als erste ihrer Art weltweit.<sup id="cite_ref-:0_4-0" class="reference"><a href="#cite_note-:0-4"><span class="cite-bracket">[</span>4<span class="cite-bracket">]</span></a></sup> Bis Ende 2024 hat Primoco UAV über 200 Drohnen produziert, die in 15 Ländern auf vier Kontinenten im Einsatz waren.<sup id="cite_ref-5" class="reference"><a href="#cite_note-5"><span class="cite-bracket">[</span>5<span class="cite-bracket">]</span></a></sup> Die Eskalation des <a href="Russisch-Ukrainischer_Krieg" title="Russisch-Ukrainischer Krieg">russisch-ukrainischen Krieges</a> löste ab 2022 einen Boom der Nachfrage aus. Im folgenden Jahr begann <a href="Airbus" title="Airbus">Airbus</a> eine Kooperation mit Primoco.<sup id="cite_ref-6" class="reference"><a href="#cite_note-6"><span class="cite-bracket">[</span>6<span class="cite-bracket">]</span></a></sup><sup id="cite_ref-:1_7-0" class="reference"><a href="#cite_note-:1-7"><span class="cite-bracket">[</span>7<span class="cite-bracket">]</span></a></sup>

</p><p>Im Juni 2024 verbuchte das Unternehmen mit der Bestellung von 24 One-150-Drohnen durch einen europäischen Kunden seinen bis dahin größten Einzelauftrag mit einem Volumen von rund 18 Mio. Euro.<sup id="cite_ref-8" class="reference"><a href="#cite_note-8"><span class="cite-bracket">[</span>8<span class="cite-bracket">]</span></a></sup> Zum Jahresbeginn 2024 wechselte Primoco UAV vom tschechischen Börsensegment „Start“ in den Prime Market der Prager Börse (<a href="PX_Index" title="PX Index">PX Index</a>)<sup id="cite_ref-9" class="reference"><a href="#cite_note-9"><span class="cite-bracket">[</span>9<span class="cite-bracket">]</span></a></sup>, nachdem der Aktienkurs seit dem Börsengang 2018 um fast 200 % gestiegen war.<sup id="cite_ref-:1_7-1" class="reference"><a href="#cite_note-:1-7"><span class="cite-bracket">[</span>7<span class="cite-bracket">]</span></a></sup>

<div class="mw-heading mw-heading2"><h2 id="Produkte">Produkte</h2></div>

<p>Primoco UAV stellt vollautomatisch flugfähige, mittelgroße Drohnen her. Hauptprodukt ist die <i>Primoco One 150</i>, ein einmotoriges unbemanntes Flugzeug mit einem maximalen Startgewicht von 150 kg und Kurzstart- und Landefähigkeit (STOL). Das UAV ist 3,7 m lang bei 4,9 m Spannweite und erreicht eine Geschwindigkeit von etwa 120 km/h. Die Ausdauer beträgt je nach Ausrüstung bis zu 15 Stunden Flugzeit, die Reichweite bis zu 1800 km. Die Drohne kann Nutzlasten von bis zu 30 kg tragen, etwa optische Tages- und Wärmebildkameras, Laser-Scanner (<a href="Lidar" title="Lidar">LiDAR</a>), <a href="Synthetic_Aperture_Radar" title="Synthetic Aperture Radar">SAR</a>-Radare oder Signalaufklärungssensoren.<sup id="cite_ref-10" class="reference"><a href="#cite_note-10"><span class="cite-bracket">[</span>10<span class="cite-bracket">]</span></a></sup> Primoco UAVs können von einer einzelnen Bodenstation aus von einem Piloten und einem Nutzlast-Operator ferngesteuert oder vollständig autonom entlang vorprogrammierter Routen betrieben werden.

</p><p>Frühere Ausführung des Systems war das Modell <i>One 100</i>, das ab 2015 entwickelt und produziert wurde. Dieses wog etwa 100 kg und legte den Grundstein für die heutigen UAV-Modelle. Die aktuelle Version <i>One 150</i> zeichnet sich durch ihre internationale Zertifizierung aus: Sie ist das erste unbemannte Luftfahrzeug ihrer Klasse, das sowohl über eine zivile EASA-LUC-Betriebserlaubnis als auch über eine militärische STANAG-4703-Zulassung verfügen.<sup id="cite_ref-:0_4-1" class="reference"><a href="#cite_note-:0-4"><span class="cite-bracket">[</span>4<span class="cite-bracket">]</span></a></sup> Das Unternehmen bewirbt seine Drohnen für Einsätze in Bereichen wie Grenz- und Küstenüberwachung, Pipeline- und Energieinfrastruktur-Monitoring, Katastrophenschutz (etwa Waldbrandfrüherkennung) sowie Aufklärung und Zielsuche für Militär und Sicherheitsbehörden.

<div class="mw-heading mw-heading3"><h3 id="Militärische_Nutzung"><span id="Milit.C3.A4rische_Nutzung"></span>Militärische Nutzung</h3></div>

<p>Obwohl Primoco-Drohnen primär für zivile Überwachungsaufgaben konzipiert sind, finden sie auch im militärischen Bereich vielfältig Verwendung. Typische militärische Anwendungen sind die luftgestützte Aufklärung, Überwachung von Einsatzgebieten, Zielaufklärung für Artillerie sowie Schulungs- und Übungszwecke. Bereits im September 2020 absolvierte ein One-150-Prototyp einen ersten militärischen Erprobungsflug, bei dem die Einsatzfähigkeit mit militärischer Funk- und Sensorik demonstriert wurde.<sup id="cite_ref-11" class="reference"><a href="#cite_note-11"><span class="cite-bracket">[</span>11<span class="cite-bracket">]</span></a></sup>

</p><p>Im Kontext des <a href="Russisch-Ukrainischer_Krieg" title="Russisch-Ukrainischer Krieg">russisch-ukrainischen-Krieges</a> wurden Primoco-Drohnen Teil internationaler Militärhilfe für die Ukraine. <a href="Luxemburg" title="Luxemburg">Luxemburg</a> beschaffte und übergab 2022 sechs Primoco One 150 an die <a href="Ukrainische_Streitkr%C3%A4fte" title="Ukrainische Streitkräfte">ukrainischen Streitkräfte</a>.<sup id="cite_ref-12" class="reference"><a href="#cite_note-12"><span class="cite-bracket">[</span>12<span class="cite-bracket">]</span></a></sup> Die deutsche Regierung finanzierte ebenfalls die Lieferung von Aufklärungsdrohnen dieses Typs an die Ukraine: Bis Anfang 2025 wurden insgesamt 18 Systeme Primoco One an die ukrainische Armee geliefert.<sup id="cite_ref-13" class="reference"><a href="#cite_note-13"><span class="cite-bracket">[</span>13<span class="cite-bracket">]</span></a></sup> Diese unbemannten Flugzeuge dienen den ukrainischen Kräften zur Tag- und Nachtaufklärung sowie Zielsuche im Rahmen des Abwehrkampfes gegen die russische Invasion.
